If confirmed, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.
2️. Order Not Received – If you can reasonably prove that your order was not delivered (e.g., by providing tracking information or confirmation from the courier), we will investigate the case. If confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
🔹 Return Shipping & Item Condition:
- If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received. If it shows any additional damage, wear, or modifications, the refund will not be processed.

- We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item, and we are not responsible for any issues that occur during the return shipping process. Any lost or damaged returns will not be eligible for a refund.
